As the global community continues working together to curb the devastating effects of the COVID-19 outbreak, we aim to help reduce the spread of the Coronavirus while maintaining our high standard of service.

Our mission is to ensure that you, our employees, and all customers, are safe. We took the necessary steps to encourage social distancing by asking our colleagues to work from home. Our distribution centers are also prioritizing high sanitary standards in their facilities.

We understand that this pandemic brings new challenges. To help, here are our real-time updates and latest developments:

Updates

April 20th, 2020

• Due to COVID-19 restrictions and safety measures, we are currently experiencing delays affecting production and shipping times. As the number of incoming orders continues to grow, there is a 7-14 business day delay in fulfillment for some items.

April 11th, 2020

• With most orders being routed to only a few Providers, they are experiencing a slight delay because of the large volume of orders coming their way in such a short time-frame. This means that some orders might reach 2-5 business days later than expected.
• Shipping may be delayed in parts of Europe as many governments have suspended air-travel.

March 24th, 2020

• The UK introduced more strict restrictions on March 23rd 2020. While these restrictions DO NOT currently affect our UK-based Providers operations, we will continue to monitor the situation and inform you of any changes.

March 20th, 2020

• Order fulfillment will be slightly delayed due to California location closed
